Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their customized nature or installation requirements:

  • Installed Carpet (custom cut and installed)
  • Roll Carpet (custom cut to your specifications)
  • Laminate Stair Treads (custom cut for specific stair dimensions)
  • Laminate Trim (custom cut pieces)
  • Pattern Carpet (custom patterned installations)

Please ensure you carefully review measurements and product specifications before purchasing these items.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Refund Information

Refund Methods
